That being said, your doctor/nurse/hospital may see it as their duty to try and dictate your care for the good of your child, possibly going so far as to get a court order (ref http://rixarixa.blogspot.com/2009/10/elective-repeat-cesareans.html among many other examples).
I'm honestly not trying to take a "side" by adding either of these - your care provider might genuinely be afraid for the welfare of your child and you might be an idiot if you don't listen to what they're saying. Birth is usually natural and awesome but shit can happen. The point is, know your rights and what your care provider can or may do prior to the birth. (And yes, I know you know these already, Aoi, just throwing them out there with your list.)
